Hi, it is been months that I haven’t been able to use my HI12 tablet: nothing is broken (I think) but when I plug it to the usb to charge the screen lights up, I can see the logo and for a quarter of a second “S5Charging disabled. Shutting down” appears on the screen. Then it obviously shuts down. What can I try to do? Thanks in advance.
