Chuwi HiPad XPro bootloop problem

I have a HiPad XPro that I’ve had for a year and only got to use it for a month before my screen completely blurred out and the touchscreen stopped working. I thought it was something I’d done. However the tablet was sitting on my table untouched for days. Upon reading on this forum I’ve realized I need the latest firmware! And I could actually use the tablet that I bought over a year ago! In addition I actually have a warranty card it came with and I filled it out only for Chuwi customer service to tell me that it wasn’t their problem.
