Hello, I recently purchased Chuwi Minibook x N100. I assumed that I can play games on it specifically ones that do not require lots of graphics (Popcap games, Star wars galactic battlegrounds, GTA San Andreas). I however, could not play any of these games because the unit does not support directx12, or it says that there is an incompatibility issue. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I purchased this item because it is small, easy to carry and can complete office tasks, but more importantly, I can reminisce by playing my old games but now I cannot do it. If you could help me find a solution to this, I would be very much grateful. Thank you.
Please start with basic info:
State the exact error message.
State the name of the application that gives the error message
What operating system and version do you use.
If the latter is Microsoft Windows, what directx version does the dxdiag tool show.

Exact error message says: Could not initialize graphics system. Make sure that your video card and driver are compatible with DirectDraw.
Application that gave the error message: Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds
OS: Windows 11, directx 12
In another note: my popcap games and GTA San Andreas also do not run well. they open, but I could not use my mouse.
