MiniBook X N5100 display issue

Hello,

I recently got the latest Chuwi Minibook X N5100 from the official Aliexpress Chuwi Spain store (Bought 23 august 2024).
Serial ZMinBXHY2H230400876.
However, I frequently have a display problem when there’s a video (from a browser, a video player like VLC etc). In fact, the right half of the screen is black and sometimes flashes very quickly. I have to switch to another page to remove it, and sometimes I have to do it several times.
I haven’t upgraded or installed any other GPU or Intel drivers, just the normal Windows Update.
Could I have some help please? It’s very annoying and I’m very disappointed.

EDIT : I installed the latest cumulative update from Windows Update and now on reboot I have a black screen fix. I tried several times to restart it and same problem.
I’ve tried to uninstall the latest updates from the troubleshooter but I get error messages that prevent that.
I can’t stand this computer anymore…

It’s what I’ve done from the troubleshooter manager. It works but it’s sad that the system is so unstable. Please fix it asap. Regards

Did Chuwi Spain still sell the Minibook X N5100 (not the N100) last August???

Are you sure you have an N5100 with the punched screen?

That is not the Chuwi EU store https://eu.chuwi.com/ I got my minibook from.

Aliexpress still sells the minibook n5100. The Chuwi EU store does not.

IMHO your hardware is defect…

If its not solved, please write first to Aliexpress first , and complain and see if you can be refunded not much time has passed.

It seems to work again, at least since I reset the pc the image has come back. I’ll have to see if I still get the black flashes on the right-hand side when I play videos, I haven’t had time to really use it yet.
In any case, I checked with aliexpress and the protection time had already expired on September 22.
