Just bought brand new. I get random freezes, crashes, gpu crashes, etc.

Are you sure it’s new ? I don’t see that they sell it on the Chuwi website. where you bought it ?
When you buy a device and it doesn’t work as it should the first time you use it, there’s only one solution: return it. where you bought it, ask the seller You have 14 days to return if something doesn’t work properly.
yeah i am gonna return it but still. Why doesnt chuwi have any drivers for the rzbox models….
