Hello,

My model is Chuwi UBoX 5600 serial: SUbox01Z1H250700646 type: CW1604

I try the support page and send me a error message( i’d try two days)

I want change the 512gb for other sdd and quit the 512gb. I try clone the HDD but don’t start Windows. Could you send me the image for create a USB with the so Windows 11 for my model?

Thank you so much my friend! I could enter with my serial number and download windows 11 SO, but it’s imposible to start with pendrive.

Finally i could clone the HDD with HD Clone appz but in the final step when it ask about change automatically something i put skip and then, the new HDD work with the same information than the 512GB.
