Since this laptop initially started with Windows 11 Home, I had to use a Windows 11 (25H2) installer to overwrite the SSD with Windows 11 Pro. A number of items in Device manager do not have drivers (such as my touchpad) so I would like to get the zip file with all Chuwi provided drivers.

Sometimes it’s better to leave things as they are.
There isn’t much difference between Windows Home and Windows Pro.
You can download the operating system and drivers from the Chuwi website, in the “Support” and “Downloads” sections.
I need Windows 11 Pro as I am an IT Admin and I work with multiple companies connected to Microsoft Entra and I also use RDP (which isn’t available in Windows 11 Home). With regards to the Support / Downloads section. I tried that. I entered in my serial number, submitted it and got the error “Database Working Un-normal now. Please contact local retailers and distributor for Service.” so I am unable to retrieve anything.
Tip: Please pay attention to the following easily confused characters when entering your serial number:
Replace the letter between the M and the n with an uppercase I.
Thanks. I have 3 of these laptops. N100, N150 and this new one, the U300. All of the Serial Numbers use the worst fonts!!! LOL. But that worked when I changed it to a capital eye.
