I received the laptop in January. Yesterday the cooling fan broke. It makes loud noises and jams.
I cleaned it of dust - it didn’t help. The fan is defective and shouldn’t break so quickly. Send me the fan for repair.
In the BIOS there is only one item - to load Windows. No other settings
