I can’t find on the official site the latest drivers for Windows and Linux as well as the latest BIOS for my laptop, nor the official instructions on how to install the new BIOS.
The battery longevity is subpar, and I hope the new BIOS fixes that problem.
Moreover my laptop has a problem of battery recognition, even on windows 11 with all the drivers installed sometimes it would error out and not show the battery percentage and info, and on Linux it almost shows it. dmesg is throwing errors like:
Could not resolve symbol [_SB.PC00.LPCB.HEC.CFSP], AE_NOT_FOUND
And no battery device in /sys/class/power_supply is visible. This problem can always be replicated if starting up the device without a charger plugged in.
Help would be greatly appreciated!
