Need BIOS update for CoreBook X (i5-8259U) — battery not detected in Linux

Hello,

I have a Chuwi CoreBook X with Intel Core i5-8259U processor and I would

like to install Linux (Ubuntu/Linux Mint) on it as my primary OS for work.

Unfortunately, the battery is not detected under Linux — the system runs

on battery power, but the charge level is never shown and there is no

battery icon. This is a known issue caused by a broken DSDT table in

the BIOS.

I have read on this forum that updating the BIOS to version 2.20.1275

(or newer) fixes this issue. Could you please provide me with the

correct BIOS file for my specific model?

I found your reply in another topic where you mentioned you can locate

the BIOS file if provided with a reference serial number.

My serial number is: JCorBXIW1H211106920

My current BIOS version is: 2.20.1271

Could you please check if you can locate the correct BIOS file

for my device in your database?
