Hi,

I’m trying to access drivers for Windows 11 from support.chuwi.com, but get the “Database Working Un-normal now, Please contact local retails and distributor for Service” error.

Could you help me getting the drivers?

The serial number of my laptop is XCorBXIZ14P240921.

Are you sure that’s the number ?

The series I saw have 19 digits.

This is something I see on the back of the laptop…

I’ll recheck, but surely it starts with XCor and it’s not only digits but different characters.

I also wonder why this error occurs and whether it will continue occuring indefinitely and I won’t be able to access support page for my laptop…

You have to copy the characters exactly as they are written on the warranty card or device.

This error only occurs when you type the wrong character.
You can write to support, or a moderator will review the posts and provide the drivers.

Hi bruzan, you were absolutely right - I mistyped the serial number. It’s bleak and hard to read, so I used phone camera to view it in a more focused way. Hence I was able to download OS and drivers from the support.chuwi.com site.

I wish there was a more clear error message if the serial number doesn’t exist or has an incorrect format.

I really appreciate your help!
