I am trying to look up my Chuwi GemiBook Plus N150 on the support site, and am getting the error message:
Database Working Un-normal now, Please contact local retails and distributor for Service
My serial number is: XGeBPLIC4H250301710
According to this thread, it might be a problem with the serial number? But I triple checked it and it seems right to me. I even took a picture of it and used the iPhone OCR to copy\paste the serial number text and I still get the same error.
Also if that’s what that error really means, it should be improved. That error to me should mean that there is a database issue site-wide, not a mistake in the serial number I entered.
