Why does your website not recognise the serial number that is written on the base of the Laptop and the box???
This is a common problem faced by Chuwi users, the database is not updated.
You have to write to support@chuwi.com and share your serial number.
They will then update the database and provide you the download links to drivers os etc
Also try the entire string without spaces (if there are any), it just might work.
