While attempting to enter Download section of Support page, I entered my serial #, attached to Warranty Card.
But nothing happened.
What is wrong?
Send the serial number of your tablet and i will send you the files

I entered the serial number of my Hi 10 Max and got the following message.
“Database Working Un-normal now, Please contact local retails and distributor for Service”
Please look into this and tell when I can get normal access for Downloads
