Product ID not working at support page

I’m writing because I’m trying to download drivers from the support page of chuwi but I’m getting the following message:

*“Database Working Un-normal now, Please contact local retails and distributor for Service”

I have bought it via AliExpress.

Do you know which can be the problem?

You’re not entering the correct ID. Double-check the letters and numbers; you must have made a mistake somewhere. Especially check the O’s and 0’s, as this can be confusing.

Tu ne rentres pas le bon ID. Vérifie bien les lettres et chiffres tu a dû forcément te tromper quelques par. Vérifie surtout les O et les 0 celà peut porter a confusion.

I have tried several combinations of 0’s and O’s; l’s, I’s and 1’s; but they don’t work.

I think the correct format is SUbox0IZxHxxxxxxxxx (where the ‘x’ are numbers).
