So, when I enter my serial number on the download site, I’ve been getting the following message for a week now: “Database Working Unnormal Now, Please Contact Your Local Retailer and Distributor for Service.” I have three different serial numbers for three different laptops. What should I do now?
I think downloads have a set time limit for being active.
All 3 laptops are younger than 1 year.
They’re less than a year old, so I can’t tell you why you can’t download the software.
All I know is that you have to enter the correct digits:

I think that Chuwi has blocked everything from Thailand ( I live in Thailand).
That shouldn’t happen if they sell their products directly.
When you buy from third-party sellers, you should check the product’s warranty and/or support.

I think the Chuwi downloads website was down for maintenance.
You can check; enter your serial numbers and I’ll see if the downloads are available.
I can also download them and upload the file.
Could you try reaching the Chuwi support website and possibly downloading the drivers? The serial number is XCorBXIZ17P24111073. I can’t reach it here. I’ve tried six different numbers.
According to the Device Manager, everything is fine, but the shortcut (Fn + Spacebar) doesn’t work.
