I figured out the solution for the support center!!! Chuwi’s serial number on the back of your machine doesn’t work, and you need to go look at the devices tab in microsoft to get the correct serial number, and voila! PROBLEMS FOR ALL THE DRIVER DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS SOLVED
