Hi, what program did you use to clone the original SSD? How long did it take? Did you use a USB-C adapter to do it?

I used EaseUS Todo Backup Home and a UGREEN M.2 NVMe SSD Enclosure. I’m not sure maybe 2 hours because I just left it to run and chose the shut-down when finished option.

Hello, are you changing the hard drive for a larger one or because the hard drive has faults?

Nope I just need more space, I upgrade to a WD BLACK SN770 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD

Check if the file “powercontrol.exe” is running in task manager - startup app.

The executable can be found in this path:
C:\Program Files\powercontrol.exe

No nothing, I’m guessing that is that cause of the issue any idea of where to download it

Try searching for “powercontrol” here on the forum. There should be a thread about this issue.

Drivers

Still not working, do you know which driver it is? I’ve tried them all.
