In general Microsoft Windows memory integrity protection is prevented by the use of unsigned drivers.
this is just a Windows Warning, you may either choose to activate this in Windows or ignore.
I got this error warning on Windows Security but when I click the button to fix, it says not available so I can’t fix it. Please help.
Is it safe to ignore it?

it´s one less measure of Windows to protect your pc, but, not dangerous. In the same part of Windows configs where it shows this, you may either have an option to ignore or to activate it. It´s actually your choice. I have mine ignored because of some development softwares incompatibility.
