Hello, I have some problems with my core book x. I get BSOD every time when copying large files or when I’m using laptop.
BSODs:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
And something else. I tried to reinstall windows but getting BSODs every time. Today I have launched Windows Memory diagnostic tool and it’s found some problems with RAM.
What should I do to fix this problems? Can I replace the ram memory without unsoldering or is the problem in something else?
Corebook i5 7th gen 16gb ram
This version of the laptop must have a soldered RAM. In any case it is better to return the faulty laptop to the seller.
