I have a Hi10 Cwi527 LQ64G42180302315 that is not booting, neither windows nor Android. I’m trying to format it and reinstall the system, but during formatting I can’t find any drivers, only the USB connected to the OTg. Can someone please help me?
If a storage drive other than a USB drive isn’t recognized, it may be damaged and inaccessible. You should test a bootable Windows flash drive to see if it’s visible in the option where you want to install Windows.
