Demande BIOS HI 13

Bonjour,
Ma tablette HI13 (N°série:Q64G45170701420) fonctionne bien mais pas l’écran tactile alors que le pilote "GoodixTouchDriverDevice " est installé.
J’ai le même problème avec Windows 10 ou Ubuntu.
BIOS actuel:American megatrends Version:5.12
Pouvez-vous m’envoyer le nouveau firmware?

I have updated the new driver and the touchscreen still does not work.
So I updated the bios and now the tablet doesn’t turn on.
Do you have a way to reinstall the old bios? Thank you
