Doesn't go to Sleep

hi, i put tablet to sleep then when i press power button to star again, instead of continue the windows it start from beginning from the Boot or sometimes it gets shutdown. but if i press button within 5 minute it acts normally and continue the windows but more than 2_3 minute as i described before it start from beginning from boot or shutdown the system.

Please Help its really hard every time start from boot

Have you tried to return from the suspension by pressing the enter key several times?

Yes, i also try volume buttons but unfortunately they didn’t work
