Don't enter bios

Hi, I have a hi10pro, have removed android and installed only windows. Everything worked fine, it work for a week, but now is displaying the error BOOTLOADER ERROR CODE01 / 02.

This haapened in the past but was just the boot changed alone I don’t know why… But change again to windows and stayed ok.

Now my problem is the F7 doesn’t work anymore to enter in bios!

Any suggestions??
