I bought this tablet to play streaming, unfortunately I encounter this big problem with wifi when I activate bluetooth, I attach two videos

Hey!

I have a different problem with wifi… The tablet don’t identifi the 5ghz freq.

I’ll try turn off bluetooth to verify if the same thing happens.

there are so many problems with bluetooth, for example the tablet recognizes and enables aPtx when you connect a compatible device but the audio does not work and for example the videos on youtube go at 1 frames per second, disabling aptx and reverting the audio to sbc it works properly

Why does Bluetooth cause issues, like when a tablet connects to a compatible device with aptX, but the audio doesn’t work and videos on YouTube or Spotify Premium lag? When aptX is disabled and audio switches to SBC, it works fine.

in order to make this work , We would need to speak with Qualcomm and make our tablet to adapt to APTX. Right now that is not possible , we apologize.
