Does not work - causes massive CPU usage, need to disable apt-x in the BT connection properties to get sound! Is there a hardware or license issue?
I think it is a Software Bug.

I asked tech and for now there is no possibility to get a patch ,because it depends on Qualcomm to provide it for us.
