Are there any settings I need to review to get my HeroBox to wipe through the settings menu? I should note that none of the option combinations I tried multiple times worked. Neither did the hole on the back of the unit. It kept restarting with user info intact.
Note: It appears to be resetting, but keeps erroring out around 20%. Comes back with a message saying it didn’t make any changes.
HOW YOU DONE THE RESET ALSO WHAT IT DISPLAY ON SCREEN HOW MANY SCREEN IS HOOKUP ?
