I just purchased the freebook 360 but after installing windows 11 touch screen and touchpad don’t work. I see that some drivers are missing (photo attached) but I don’t know if the two things are connected. how can I solve it?
Would you please send me the Serial number? So i can send you the drivers
Hi Maria, I’m not in Spain, but I wish I was. Can you send me the driver for the touchpad on Windows 11, I have the freebook n100 sN zfreebcy4h240300064, laptop is pretty new, touchpad worked on first bootup great then as it did a zillion windows updates it stopped working, so figure windows updated the driver and the freebook didn’t like it. I can’t find out where to download it on the chuwi website? I have looked at this forum a few times but can’t find where the driver downloads are here, I get frustrated, and say I’ll come back to it. thanks Rick my email is

After I put in my sn ZFreeBCY4H240300064 and download the driver package, I get drivers for the minibook x vc3. I figured okay maybe they share drivers, and attempted to update the nonworking touchpad with GoodixTouchDriver.inf in the package, but update fails or does not work. Touchpad worked great when I turned on the PC first time then Win 11 did its updates and has not worked since then. I use a mouse, but kidda sucks as I want to use as a laptop and not carry around a mouse. Does anyone have any suggestions for me.
Which windows did you install? the one we give you or another one? if its another one, please reinstall the windows you can download from our site. Many times that is the issue. Our windows are customized.
Win 11 came preloaded on the laptop, once I connected to the internet it started updates, alot of them, and somewhere along the line, one of them goofed up the touchpad, maybe I should try a fresh reinstall?
