ciao a tutti. ho un problema con un freebook 360 n5100 acquistato cica 3 mesi fa. Ho installato windows 11 ma il touchpad non funziona. E’attivo e posso spegnerlo con fn+esc ma quando lo accendonon mostra il puntatore e a volte va da solo.
Qualcuno sa aiutarmi?

You wrote time ago to support and they sent you the file. You installed it it was not succesfull. And then , they offered you the possibility to send the computer to repair but you did not accept.
I do not see how else we can help you 
They sent me drivers for free ebook, you sent me driver for n100. I suppose it’s something different. As soon as is possible I try to install it. They offer me to send mi pc in Germany, I am in Italy and this is the only one I have and I use… It means stay whitoitu it for many days and unfortunately I need it.

Here you have N100 Drivers, but im not sure if it would help you or make it worse.

non sembra funzionare con i drivers del n100. La cosa strana é che il sistema legge il touchpad come mouse. se premo il touchpad in basso a sinistra é effettivamente come premere il tasto del mouse e apre delle finestre (a caso), ma se scorro le dita sul touchpad non si vede il puntatore sul video. Sembra un problema software piú che hardware.

Hello, My idea finally work! I turn off wifi, cancelled w11 touchpad’ driver and installed n100 driver you send me. I turn off pc, and during the new start w11 can’t install automatically its driver. At this moment touchpad work normally. I’m finally happy.

quando riaccendo il computer si collega ad internet ed in autonomia installa i driver nuovi che non fanno funzionare il touch. Se voglio ripristinare con i vostri driver devo farlo ad ogni riaccensione. come posso evitare questa cosa in odo che mantenga i driver installati manualmente (che legge NON come i piú aggiornati)? grazie e saluti.
in windows there is a setting called Device installation settings. there you can turn off automatic driver installations for ALL drivers.
if you want to update drivers go to windows update and there is somewhere Optional updates. there you can find drivers that can be manually updated.
one more thing you can try is with snappy driver app to see if there is a more recent update than the latest from windows update that will work. if it’s more recent windows will not overwrite this driver
ho provato a disabilitare l´aggiornamento automatico dei driver. Poi ho disinstallato il touchpad e riacceso il computer, ma windows 11 recupera in automatico i driver (penso nel suo archivio drivers) e li installa. Il touchpad non funziona. Ci sono altri suggerimenti?
