When the laptop is charging and sometimes when under CPU stress there is coil whine from the right side near the USB-C ports / power button. Is that a defect or can it cause any issues.
Tablet mode is not working. I have installed all the latest windows updates and when I turn the screen 360 it doesn’t go to tablet mode nor is the keyboard / touch-pad deactivated.
Is there a setting that can block, can it be an update issue / driver issue or is the accelerometer not working?
With brightness set at minimum it is still too bright in Windows. Is there a way to reduce it further?

For drivers you need to wait for support axcount to answer you (cca 36h).
I can answer some of your questions tough.
If you live in Europe or USA the SSD change should NOT void the warranty if it is under it.
If windows licence is legit, you can sign in with you Microsoft account and the key will be registerd to your account. Every time you log in with that account on some other PC, that licence will be used. (another way that is less legal is if you need to get a lixence just go to ebay and look for used PCs with Windows 7 key exposed and use that one ;3)
In all cases I have encountered the issue myself and with others kn the forum the wine DIDN’T cause any issues.
Can be multiple reasons, but after getting the drivers reinstall it. (I belive they also provide full disk image of windows if you want a fresh install with everything set up)
In windows I don’t know of a way to lower the default brigtness minimum, but there must be a solution somewhere else on the internet. Seems like a too common of a issue to not have a solution by someone.
