I have got a new FreeBook 360 N100 was was bundled with HiPen H8 stylus. This stylus is working only in touch mode - no active pen mode is available on the screen of my laptop. This is because of leak of compatibility H8 with this laptop or European CHUWI shop is wrong with declaration that his laptop has 4096 pressure active pen stylus capacity - so H8 should work at all as active pen too with this device? Maybe other stylus is compatible - not H8?
the H8 stylus is NOT an active pen, it is capacitive just like your finger. Look for another stylus.
So - why H8 is bundled with this laptop instead of other CHUWI that works with this laptop? I need 4096 level pressure sensitivity working well with this laptop. What is compatible with FreeBook 360 N100 laptop to work better that touch-only? Can CHUWI support answer and propose stylus that works well with this laptop? If this laptop have not this feature I will retun my laptop because I choose them because of this functionality.
Which one should chuwi store sell me to have full functionality od 4096 level of pressure with my new FreeBook?

is not H8 is broken. As it has been explained H8 is capacity is not a stylus.
The Pen that works is H7.

Did I understand correctly - it means that CHUWI Europe should bundled H7 instead H8 with FreeBook 360 H100 to have 4096 level of pressure working with this laptop?
We bundle H8 before we had also with H7, I will take out that description. that is why still says that.

Yes – I would like CHUWI store replace my H8 for H7, but before we start this procedure - please tell me how much this “return for replacement” will cost me because maybe it will cost me much more than buying new ones in Poland?
And also, I must ask you also about MPP stylus compatibility with my laptop. What MPP protocol version is supported by CHUWI FreeBook N100 screen? Maybe some stylus from other vendors like HP, Dell or WACOM are also compatible to use tilt, 4096 level o pressure to let me work with my device?
What i can only tell is H7 is compatible. But other customers have tried using other stylus and did not work.
I will ask tech if they can tell me the exact Mpp version

Maybe focus on that to have on working well stylus.
To return, you send it to Germany, i dont think sending the H8 will cost you more than 10€. Once it arrives we send you H7
