When I close the lid, the laptop enters deep sleep mode. The keyboard remains backlit, and the power light slowly flashes a blue light. To restart, I have to hold down the power button for 20 seconds to turn off, then turn back on. It closes all windows so is a full restart.
I have changed the power settings to sleep ‘never’, but the problem still occurs.
The laptop is about 5 months old, and has been having this problem for about 2 months.
