GemiBook Pro N100 wifi not working

JGeBkPCY1H220302186

As of yesterday, the wifi didn’t work anymore. I entered on intel site and installed the latest driver (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html) but to no avail. In device manager the network controller has an error. What to do?

As a second aspect, please help me with a solution for a broken display. I need to change it because my daughter broke it and I couldn’t find anywhere to buy the display. I bought the laptop from UK but I currently reside in Romania. Can I get in touch with someone so that I could receive a display, please?
Thanks!

You can write to Service@chuwi.com. my colleague can inform you if there is stock for the display.

Try to see if this works for the Wifi

No, it didn’t work.

Write to the email above, because prbably you will need to repair.

I am not sure if the problem with the WiFi and Bluetooth issue has been resolved, but I was getting seriously frustrated with it till I decided to find out what the actual chip set is. The chip I have in my Gemibook is AX201D2W from Intel.

Searching on Google reveals the driver package for this chip is Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201 and can be downloaded from their site

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/130293/intel-wifi-6-ax201-gig/downloads.html.

The latest drivers from November 2024 for WiFi and Bluetooth with bug fixes for Windows 10 and 11 can be downloaded.

After completion of the download in folder Downloads, manually update drivers in Device Manager (sometimes it does it automatically) and then restart the laptop.

So far it is working perfect.

Hope this information is useful.
