Gemibook pro N5100 - is it a wifi/bluetooth hardware issue?

Hi,

I hope someone here would be able to assist. My laptop’s wifi/bluetooth is not working anymore. I have followed instructions I found here about using the N5100 driver rar which didn’t help, and tried also a new install of windows 11 which didn’t help either.

  1. I wonder if there is a clear cut indication that the problem is with hardware? is there any way to know this for sure?
  2. Are there any changes to BIOS that influence wifi/bluetooth not working? I tried some changes in BIOS but didn’t manage to fix it - that way. What should be the BIOS settings for wifi/bluetooth to work?
