GemiBook XPro - Microphone does not work!

Hi.
I recently purchased from eBay a GemiBook XPro with Windows 11. Since then I have encountered issues with the microphone, as it does not work. Due to my job, I need to use Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Skype. I once used Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Skype, but I was embarrassed because I was the only one unable to speak due to a malfunctioning microphone! Even with teleprompter software like VEED, the situation remained unchanged! I contacted the seller for assistance and they sent me a folder with drivers but no resolution…at all! I also deactivated audio enhancements, as I found on another website… But the issue remains.
Could you please help me find a permanent solution? Do I need to reinstall the OS from scratch?

The problem is with the laptop microphone.
Have you tried connecting an external microphone ?

If its just less than 14 days since you received send it back to the shop for a replace.

Yet, I did not purchase it to add more expenses (i.e., an external microphone) due to internal microphone issues. I will ask for refund

I have done everything!! Install…uninstall…update drivers…everything! The issue still there!!

This is just funny, if not ridiculous!!! The worst ever customer experience!!
The microphone still has the same issue!
I have tried two add two different input devices and no one is recognised/ identified through bluetooth!
The only thing I can recommend DO NOT PURCHASE CHUWI laptop.
Highly unreliable!

The suggestion is to check if an external microphone works.
You don’t have to buy one; you can ask a friend or family member.

You’ve had bad luck

I did so with two different external microphones! None worked! Worst ever laptop I have to say!

And customer service ghosting…nobody responds! I will ask for a full refund. And if this is not feasible, I will ask for a replacement with an advanced model where the microphone surely works and it is tested prior to delivery.

I asked My Colleague and in Ebay she gave you a partial refund for this issue.

And I rejected it!!! Please check your records. It seems that the eBay seller did not and miscommunicated the status of the case!! I never accepted the partial refund!! I want to return it and get back my money. I also requested to use th warranty but no-one responded… Best ever after sales customer service…
