The warranty would not be refused, if the laptop has already been sent to the repair center, do not worry. You sent it very early, so of course it will be repaired.Or maybe given a new one. Normally solve repairs is around 30 days. When you deliver a computer in any place they minimum take a few days. It is not instantly.

I flashed bios S_11, thanks to the guys from the service, they flashed my s_32 back and the sound now works. But they removed the warranty seal and said CHUWI refused warranty service. I didn’t expect that CHUWI had such a bad warranty

I wanted to install Windows 11 Pro, I copied the installation onto a flash drive, and accidentally inserted the one on which another BIOS was copied.
