i have a problem with black screen on my HeroBook. Laptop turns on, and charging ok, but there is black screen.

Could you please send me bios file?

We actually dont have that BIOS as it is quite old model. We do not find it :frowning:

where then I can find Bios if you as official support dont have it? Shouldnt you have somekind of archive?
