Herobook shows blue LED but screen stays black. Also no image on external display visible.
I’m looking for the current bios file to flash it on the bios-chip.
The download folder on mediafire does not exist.

I read the bios directly from the eeprom and it didn’t contain any plausible data for me.
The serial no. is: Herobook Q64G19110793
Flashig the bios would be the first step before doing any other investigation.
Or do you have any other suggestions?
It could be even hardware failure or a cable problem. We suggest you take it to a repair center before you flash the bios because the computer could be broken doing that
Hardware an cable has been checked, every thing is ok.
Could you please provide the actual Bios-Image for download?
