My HeroBook Pro got stuck on BIOS everytime I boot it on. Even the F3 and F4 functions don’t work. F10 don’t work either after force shutdown and restart. Tried everything but still end up at the BIOS. Don’t know what to do. Please I need ideas…
What it says is that when you turn on the computer, it goes into the BIOS but doesn’t boot into the operating system.
It could be that Windows or the hard drive has a problem.

Thanks, so that means i have to change the hard drive or reinstall windows.
To get an answer, you need to check the computer.
You can create a bootable USB drive with Linux, for example, Ubuntu.
Press F12 when you turn on the computer and select the USB drive.
Search on Google: how to check the hard drive from Linux or Ubuntu.
