I can’t download drivers from your support page. When I enter serial number of my HeroBook nothing happens. I did replace original M.2 disk with new and when I want to install fresh Windows 10 setup don’t recognize the new disk. So I think that need some kind of chipset drivers.
- can you see the disk in your bios?
- did you check that your original disk has the same number of notches as the new one - 2 for sata, and 1 for nvme. I don’t know if your device only supports sata or nvme. they are not interchangeable
