Completely brand new HeroBook Pro Intel Celeron N4020 Wifi Not Working out of the box WiFi not working.

I bought this on Amazon with serial number JHeroPCW1H240803653 less than a month ago but just unboxed it as I was traveling.

Essentially the wifi does not work, I’ve worked in IT and so I’ve tried downloading drivers from the Chuwi website but it still says that it has the latest driver. I see it’s a Realtek 8821CE and so I went to the Realtek website, downloaded and installed but still the issue remains. Mind you under devices the Realtek drive has the exclamation mark. I can only come to the conclusion that this is a hardware fault, unless I’m directed to some driver that actually makes things work.

Send it back, it may be faulty

Unfortunately, I now have it in Belize and Chuwi insists I have to send it back. I’d waste more in shipping it back to the US than what the actual laptop costs.
