I broke my original charger for Herobook pro 14 inch. I then ordered a new charger but when I am charging it causes my screen to flicker.

I have looked around and it appears that it is the Hz that the screen as set to which may affect this. Suggested solutions for Chuwi in general was to increase it from 60 Hz to 120/144Hz, but Herobook pro only have 40, 59, and 60Hz, so I cannot use this.
Does anyone know where to pick up the original charger or how to make Herobook pro work with the new charger?
