Hello i am having some trouble with my hi10 go. I had it powered up and accidently put the charger into the top usb c port and it immediately powered off and will not turn back on. I charged it over night and have tried every button combination possible to get it to boot. if i hold down the power button for a few seconds it will flash the blue light but do nothing. If i hold down for 15-20 seconds the blue light will continually flash for about 10 seconds but nothing else happens the screen just stays black. Is there anything else i can do?
