Hi10 PRO dead CPU

Hello everybody! About a month ago I bought a used non-working tablet, I thought “oh, now I will just flash the BIOS and get a working tablet”, but I was soooo wrong :upside_down_face:
I found that the resistance on the 1.8V power line is too low. I removed the processor and the resistance returned to normal.

I ordered a processor from aliexpress.

Installed it.

After that, the tablet turned on and there were no more problems.
So, be careful, use known good chargers, buy good OTG hubs, do not overheat devices during use (playing games and charging at the same time can really overheat the motherboard).

hello, do you have the possibility to measure several resistors

Hello, I have a similar model that doesn’t turn on (the display lights up or boot), it simply turned off and didn’t turn back on, I’ve done some measurements and apparently all the voltages are there (the ones I could find)

What was the resistance you found on the 1.8v line? What points do you recommend for me to measure to check if there is any defect?

The measurements I made were:
-Bios (1.8v)
-CPU (1.8v)
-Wifi (3.3v)
-USB C (5v)
-eMMC (2.98v)
-RAM (1.8v)
-Some capacitors near the CPU (1.02v)
-Keyboard connector (5v)

@Lopesleo we will answer you in your thread.
