H10 Pro model CWI529 not turning on / charging

No light when charger plugged in

charger being used is a 5V 3A, is tested on a other phone, so works.

Just can’t get it to charge. Tablet is completely dead, probably dead battery by now.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me to try.
