i checked the drivers, it comes with “EsauDriver Device” after I select realtek audio from the files it shows blue screen and windows wont let me install the drivers, what can i do
Write to service@chuwi.com, you have a different version of the tablet.

hello, I have a chuwi hi10x with the N4120 processor. I have installed windows 10 clean from 0 and the sound card does not work for me. I have tried to install Windows 11 clean and same error. There is a problem with the drivers and I get an error CODE 10 STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE

yes i found another .iso for chuwi hi10x, not the exact model but it worked
