I’ve had my Hi10 XPro for about 4 months and it inconsistently seems to be able to use the SD memory slot. I’ve tried everything from 64G to 512G memory cards (all either Samsung or Sandisk cards that work fine on my HP, Dell, or Samsung computers and tablets) and the USB3 connection from a computer the the tablet barely allows any sort of transfer (transfers to the Hi10’s internal memory is fine). Using a Windows computer’s MicroSD card slot to transfer data works, but the Hi10 will soon find a way to damage the SD card data. Is there a BIOS update or some fix for this? I see several other users have complained about this problem on Amazon, Newegg, and Walmart’s websites.
