I have a HI10 XR That no longer charges the battery, I wanted to know how I can charge the battery (7 PIN) externally to check if it is the new faulty battery or if it is a problem with the tablet.
Batteries have a limited lifespan. The more often you charge a battery, the faster it will reach the end of its useful life. You can tell this by looking at regular batteries.
Now that you’ve bought a new battery, it needs to be in good condition. You can find a tutorial on YouTube and use a multimeter.
