have the new hi10max 125u and its "stuck"in tblet mode, when conected the keyboard swork fine but stays in tablet mode showing the touch keyboard, think it doesnt detect the presence of the keyboard thus stays in tablet mode, contacted suport and they sent me the drivers from support page and nothing changed, also sugest to reinstal the system also nothing changed, tried to instal new copy of win 11pro and stll nothing change. please support.
