Hello everyone.
I’m experiencing a problem with my Hi10 Max N150. The on-screen keyboard isn’t working automatically, even though there’s no built-in keyboard. Can you help me with this?

Tablet mode in Windows 11 optimizes the system for touch devices, adjusting the interface for a better user experience on tablets or convertible devices. It is automatically turned on or off by turning the device between laptop and tablet modes, or manually through the activity center or settings.
How does tablet mode work on Windows 11?
Touch Optimization:
Tablet mode resizes interface elements, such as icons and windows, to make them easier to use with your fingers.
Touch keyboard:
Hide the physical keyboard and display an on-screen keyboard for easy typing.
Taskbar behaviour:
The taskbar adapts to tablet mode, hiding some items and displaying others to maximize screen space.
Screen rotation:
In tablet mode, you can block the screen’s rotation to avoid accidental orientation changes.
How to turn tablet mode on or off?
- Activity centre:
Select the activity center icon (or) in the taskbar and then the tablet mode icon to turn it on or off.
- Settings:
You can also access Windows settings, go to “System,” and then “Tablet Mode” to turn tablet mode on or off.
Additional setup:
Screen rotation:
You can set the screen rotation to “Settings” > “System” > “Scale” > “Scale and Design.”
Touch keyboard behaviour:
You can customize when the touch keyboard is displayed in “Settings” > “Time and Language” > “Writing” > “Keyboard.”
There are no settings for tablet mode under the Windows system menu. When I unplug the internal keyboard, I noticed that it doesn’t switch to tablet mode at all. Is there an additional setting I need to make for this?
